For the past 19 years, the South Boston Chamber of Commerce, which is now a program of South Boston Neighborhood Development Corporation, has been working to bridge new connections and strengthen existing relationships between local businesses, lifelong residents, and the many new neighbors moving into our community. The Annual South Boston Street Festival is our Signature event.
The Street Festival has grown significantly over the years and draws over 7,500 residents and visitors to what has become the neighborhoods most highly anticipated event. It is often referred to by many South Boston residents as “The best day of the year!”
This free event includes over 100 South Boston businesses, non-profit organization, and artists that will fill the Festival site along with 2 performance stages providing live entertainment throughout the day.
This is a family event with something for everyone. The event is handicap accessible.
