This year we are introducing the Paris Balloon and Music Association (501c3) formed by the Paris Area Arts Alliance and the Paris Blues Society. The new organization is composed of volunteer board members from the 2 parent organizations and will continue in the same commitment to the enrichment of the arts in our community through artistic events, scholarships and benefits. The "parent organizations" originally envisioned and organized the Paris Balloon and Music Festival in 2016. We hope you will join with us in planning an exciting family event for Paris and Lamar County.
