Founded in 2023 by Brandon Payton-Carrillo with the support of the Lakebeat Music Academy, Otoñofest MKE became Milwaukee’s first Latin Alternative music festival. Now held at the Radio Milwaukee Studios in Milwaukee’s Walker’s Point neighborhood, Otoñofest is at the center of Milwaukee’s Latin Alternative community.
