33rd Annual Malcolm X Festival
Community Aid and Development Corporation (CAD) sponsors the Annual Malcolm X Festival along with the Atlanta Chapter of the Malcolm X Grassroots Movement. Community Aid and Development Corporation (CAD) is a 501 (c) (3) non profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of California. We are a Human Health and Welfare service agency with a presence in the Atlanta metropolitan area since 1989. Our national headquarters is in Decatur, Georgia and we also have offices in Jackson, Mississippi, and Detroit, Michigan.
