Navy Pier’s annual Chi-Soul Fest returns with a vibrant line-up of free live music. The two-day music festival celebrates Chicago soul music and traditions at three lakeside, outdoor settings, the Navy Pier Beer Garden, Wave Wall Stage and the Lake Stage in Polk Bros Park.
