Smoker and David Romtvedt, hands-on printmaking, and fresh, seasonal fare from the Ucross Café pop-up food truck. Guests can enjoy wood-fired pizzas, appetizers, and homemade desserts prepared by Ucross Chef Jackie Vitale, available for purchase.
