As the sun sets and the sky glows with warm hues, let go of the week’s stress and flow through peaceful poses. Surrounded by nature, this calming session is the perfect way to relax your mind, stretch your body, and embrace the tranquility of the evening. Before finding your inner Zen, grab a soothing herbal tea pairing from Abbi’s Tea Stand, or stop by Life on a Sandbar for a fun hair braid or henna design to begin your evening of self-care.
Then stick around after yoga to enjoy live DJ music until 9 PM, a perfect backdrop to keep the good vibes flowing. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, Thursday evenings are your time to restore, reconnect, and recharge.
