For this first session, New York Times food & wine writer Florence Fabricant will sit down with chef and restauranteur Andrew Carmellini, best known for his beloved first venture Locanda Verde, as well as Joe’s Pub, The Dutch, Bar Primi, The Portrait Bar, his most recent addition Café Carmellini, and many other hot spots.
