Halloween Carnival and Chili Cookoff

Come on out to our community Halloween party. There will be a kids Carnival, chili, hot dogs, and chips for sale. If you want to sign up for the Chili Cookoff come to the Local Library or the City offices from 9-1pm. There is a 5$ entry fee.
