Friday Flicks with Riverside Film Festival

Do you miss the Valley Film Society? Join us for a series of independent, foreign, and art house films at the library! In collaboration with Riverside Film Festival, we'll show a movie on selected Fridays and leave plenty of time afterward for discussion.

On this date, we will be watching Tuvalu (1999, 1hr. 31min.) Under a bleak landscape is a dilapidated bathhouse run by a puffed-up blind man, his long-suffering wife, and their son Anton, who does all the work. When a beautiful girl moves in with her dad, Anton desperately tries to win her heart, all whilst saving the dilapidated business from closing.
