Beautiful Bountiful Blue Corn: Our work couldn’t find ground until ground found us. Your authentic experience begins early in the morning when we make our own masa (corn dough) from the beautiful blue heirloom mushito corn from Michoacan. This corn and it’s people have long thrived through hardships, we think mainly cause it’s so freaking good. Our fresh masa goes on to make tortillas for quesadillas, enchiladas, tostadas etc. Come try for yourself!
