12:00 p.m. 4-H/FFA Breeding Heifer and Bucket Calf Check-in Deadline, Dairy Cattle Check in deadline
12:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Open Class Entries sign-ups for all departments (entry blanks in the back of this book)–Barn 4
2:00pm Merchants Building - Open
3:45 p.m. Meat Goat show families may check in exhibits, Barn 4
4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Check-in 4-H/Youth exhibits, 4-H Exhibit Building, Barn 4
4/H Youth sign up for conference judging – Barn 4
4:30 p.m. Livestock Exhibitor Meeting, Show Arena
5:30 p.m. New Barn 4 exhibitor families may sign up for an assisted check in and walk through
5:30 p.m. All livestock must be on the grounds
** No livestock, other than those entered for 4-H/FFA exhibition, are allowed in the barns.**
5:30 p.m. Meat Goat Show, Show Arena
6:00 p.m. Carnival – WEEE Entertainment
6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. 4-H/FFA Rabbits and Poultry Check In, PT testing/Vet check in. No animals in the pens until they have been checked
7:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m. Karaoke with BJ Croakie- Midway Stage
7:00 p.m. Open Class entries close - Barn 4
7:00 p.m. ATV Races, Grandstands
9:00 p.m. All Open Class entries must be in place EXCEPT Floral and FRESH HERBS – Barn 4
9:00 p.m. Beef may tie out
11:00 p.m. Open Class Building & 4-H Building – Barn 4 - Close
11:00 p.m. Merchants Building - Close
